The development is located on the site of what was an ESB depot at the end of a quiet road off the near grand Canal Bridge in Harolds Cross, Dublin. Accommodating a total of 54 apartments, the design takes the form of 2 differently shaped four storey blocks creating a communal landscaped garden area in the space between them. To underpin the objective of making the ground level of the site a pedestrian landscaped environment, a basement extends underneath the full footprint of the blocks to provide car and bicycle parking, refuse storage and plant areas
