The development is located on the site of a former ESB depot at the end of a quiet road close to Harold Cross Bridge on the south side of the city. Accommodating a total of 54 apartments, the design takes the form of 2 differently shaped four storey blocks creating a communal landscaped garden area in the space between them. To underpin the objective of making the ground level of the site a fully pedestrian landscaped environment, a basement extends under the full footprint of the blocks above to provide car and bicycle parking, refuse storage and plant areas.
