Located on an infill site in the centre of Malahide Village, this new residential block comprises is a four storey over basement structure, accommodating 22 apartment units.
The geometry of the site enabled us to create additional open space on this otherwise constricted cul de Sac street. This allowed a generous paved area to be created immediately in front of the main entrance lobby, together with a raised podium providing access to the two own-door units. A naturally ventilated car park is located at basement level.
