Conversion of existing car park/office premises to an energy-efficient H.Q. building.

This project received a special mention in the 2005 Awards of the Architectural Association of Ireland.

 

A credit union is a cooperative or community bank. As a voluntary organization, it is avidly member-centric. In 2001 the credit union located and sought to convert this premises to accommodate its expanding space requirements. The premises, located in the wholesale markets area, comprised of a car park at ground level overlooked by offices at first floor.
