Donnelly Turpin coodinated the work of seven architectural practices to develop the masterplan for one of the last large sites within the city boundaries designated for high-density development. Located at a new commuter rail stop the project envisaged a wide variety of residential types as well as a range of uses that include shop, cinema, hotel and creche facilities together forming a variety of streets and public spaces. Differing hard and soft landscaping treatment, including the undulating green belt along the boundary with the M50 complete the creation of of a unique urban character.
